* Description:
  This problem happened on v1.3T build, and cannot reproduce it on V1.4 build.
  After input some letters on text field of email app, the keyboard cannot display suggested wording
  Attaching the demo video. (WP_20140317_025.mp4)

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the email app
  2. Tap the pencil icon to edit a mail
  3. Tap the text field
  4. Input some wording

* Expected result:
  The keyboard can display suggested wording

* Actual result:
  No suggested wording is displayed on keyboard

Hmm, wonder if it has anything to do with bug 982269, but that is in 1.4 as well...

Cannot reproduce this bug on newer build.

I was also able to reproduce with memory pressure ( edit pictures and save them before running the test ) :

It looks like the dictionary is there because I can type "te" and then hit space and it will autocomplete as ten.  It looks like somehow something else got corrupt under memory pressure.  Possible a memory overflow issue?

Guess this is similar to bug 984328, on which we have new findings.
Will verify if these 2 issues have the same root cause.
