as discussed over in bug 984485 and on the mail-list, i'd like to bump up the number of vCPUs on the dev services node from 2->4 so we can better deal with mass evacuations of a dea node (like we saw earlier today). this will require a short outage while we take down the services node in vsphere to update the virtual hardware.
this was completed during this evenings stackato dev maintenance window.
