If you are crashing in Mozilla the best thing you can do to help the developers fix your bug is to attach a stacktrace. If you're not building yourself you are not out of luck. Mozilla (thanks to a very cool donation from Netscape) releases nightly and milestone builds with Full Circle's Talkback. Talkback should catch most crashes and offer to send in a crash report. I can retrieve that crash report and attach it to your bug report if you provide either the Incident ID (you can get it by running the talkback program from /components/talkback/) or you can let me know the email address you used to submit the report and the time of sending. Thanks for your help in testing Mozilla and reporting bugs.

Asa: since the linux installer crashes now, I've been using .tar.gz builds, which unfortunatly don't include talkback. However, I should have 4-5 older talkbacks from that crash that referance the site in the URL/comments. They should all have been filed with my email, 'mozilla@turbogeek.org'. It is still happening as of the 2001091908 build.

Reporter, can you still reproduce this bug ? WFM on Linux Redhat 7.1 with CVS trunk build from 20011221 for flash plugin 5.0 r47. I propose to resolve this bug as WORKSFORME.

??? Really wf you ? I tried this on win and linux and I cannot even enter the sites after clicking on "flash version" and "enter site" respectively. A blank window opens up and then I see an error inside that window saying "error occured while processing request".

yeah, it's really slow right now... I've tried the site a few times over the last few months though and never crashed... it's been fixed for some time.
