Browsing for a file. I belong to a forum and upload an attachment each week to a particular thread, when i click browse to bring up the directory tree to locate the file on my machine, the directory tree no longer comes up.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140127194636 Steps to reproduce: Attempt to download a file and have it ask me where to save the file. Actual results: It no longer pops up asking me where to save the file, therefore it will not download. Expected results: It should pop up with a directory tree and allow user to choose the location of where to save the file
