Clicking "Activate this plugin" in context menu brings up CtP doorhanger, should just activate that instance

Clicking the context menu entry that says "Activate this plugin" should do what it says, not ask me again what I want to do.

The doorhanger gives you a choice for activation (short-term vs. long-term permission), what should the context menu entry do?
Blocks: click-to-play

Short-term, I'd say. Better to err on the conservative side in this case.

madhava, do you know who from ux could recommend an action here?
My problem is that the context entry doesn't actually give any information on what exactly it does.
Maybe we could just make it "Allow now"? or something like that?

Or we could remove the context-menu entry altogether, which might be the best choice here.

I would much prefer Georg's idea. This would still not be the immediate click-to-play that previous Firefox and current Chrome have, but this would be easier than the click-twice-to-play of current Firefox.

Clicking "Activate this Plugin" still leads to "Allow Now" and "Allow and Remember". Is this functionality going to be changed or is this going to stay the same?
