Unfortunately the current productization status for Belarusian is a mess.

Basically all these changes are gone after last updates.

I'm going to fix this, but it shouldn't just happen (as you already saw, this causes sign-offs to be rejected).

Also: changes like this one, even if trivial, should be approved before landing

Attachment: bug984768.patch

This should restore the status quo. Only differences:
* list.txt and metrolist.txt in browser are alphabetically ordered
* using yandex.by.xml instead of yandex.be-ru.xml

Mobile is moved back to a minimal state on purpose, since there's an ongoing discussion about p12n mobile (bug 521981).
