Steps to reproduce:

1. Run Camera
2. Set self timmer to 3/5/10 seconds
3. Take a picture 
4. During the count, change to landscape (Orientation)


Actual results:

Timer UI isn't changed to Landscape UI. 


Expected results:

Timer UI should be changed to Landscape UI.

The bug is no longer reproduces on the latest 1.4 and master build
Timer UI is changed to Landscape UI.
