Description:
The user will receive a notification after turning notifications off and on. When they view this notification they will have to dismiss it multiple times (usually 6-8, but sometimes 10+).

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140318004002
2) Install the app Recomienda from the marketplace and launch it from the home screen
3) Tap the wrench icon in the top right corner to go to settings
4) Tap the check box next to 'Recibir notificaciones' to clear it
5) Tap 'Aplicar' in the top right corner
6) Tap the check box next to 'Recibir notificaciones' to fill it and tap 'Aplicar' again
7) Tap 'Volver' to return to the previous screen
8) Tap the exlamation mark in a circle in the upper right

Actual:
The user must tap 'OK' multiple times to clear the message

Expected:
The user should only have to tap 'OK' once
