This bug tracks creating a stub projects. The basics for steven and ali to get something installed and have something to skin.
Yeah calling this fixed per the license commit: https://github.com/mozilla/mrburns/commit/df13e111ba2ee5e9ab08060029d7b926cc4b37bb Once you have a license.. its all easy peasy after that!
