Description:
If the user is watching YouTube in landscape mode and attempts to sign in (For example: after clicking the "like" button) if the user remains in landscape mode text box at the top of the screen will become cut off once the keyboard appears. As this is a generic Google sign in screen this is likely to occur in other scenarios involving signing in to a Google account.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140318000203
2) Open the Browser app and go to www.youtube.com
3) Hold the device in landscape mode and watch a video.
4) Tap on the "like" button, staying in landscape mode.
5) Attempt to sign in when prompted

Actual:
The top of the screen and part of the sign in box are cut off by a white box when in landscape mode.

Expected:
There are no graphical issues when signing in to a Google account while in landscape mode.

I would imagine this is tiling related, the boundary matches.  Probably the same as bug 9833883, bug 984531, bug 984618.
If you have access to JS prefs and can flash the build, does changing layers.overzealous-gralloc-unlocking  preference make a difference?

With tiling disabled issue does not repro on 1.4
