Bad archive? Expected results: It should publish the app.
What precisely are you trying to do that causes the error? Does this happen when installing it from the reviewer tools?

Hi Chuck, I'm a Marketplace Reviewer and I was trying to publish an app. It doesn't happen anymore, so I think It may be solved.
