NSPR and NSS includes are not included with nspr/ or nss/ in their path, which makes the includedir path unsed in mozilla-nspr.pc and mozilla-nss.pc wrong. I think it used to be okay because NSPR and NSS headers were at the root of the includedir a long time ago.
