User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140318013849 Steps to reproduce: In Firefox 28 and earlier I had the Uppity extension icon next to the Go Back button. Actual results: In Firefox 29 there's no way to put it back there. Expected results: Please, stop BREAKING Firefox for God's sake.
Firefox (pre and post Australis) has never provided a way for users to put icons inside the location bar, but addons can (and are still able to, even with Australis). If you're having an issue with a particular addon, you should talk to the addon's author.

Look at the uppity extension icon in this picture: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8393313 Any extension can be put there, 'cause I'm not talking about the location bar itself, I'm talking about the entire bar which includes the location, Back/forward buttons, the search bar, and miscellaneous actions (menu, bookmarks, downloads, home). Since when users on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ cannot reopen their own bugs? Mozilla is showing its true face?
