Browser unresponsive when I perform "Clear Recent History" everything when there are many history entries
Sample place.sqlite is attachment 8384288 [details] which contains 49068 history entries Steps To Reproduce: 1. Open History > "Clear Recent History..." 2. Select Everything 3. Check "Browsing & Download History" 4. Click "Clear "Now" Actual Results: Browser become unresponsive Firefiox22 : 12sec Firefiox23-31.0a1 : It is not finished even if I wait for 5 minutes. I gave it up.

Actually I didn't notice this report was from 4 years ago when I marked it... We should recheck numbers and profile if necessary. We have the attachment here so it should be easy to reproduce and profile this.
Hm. I dropped the places.sqlite file into a new profile, and it seemed to be ignored. Not sure why. Alice, do you still see that clearing history janks the whole browser?

On latest Noghtly61.a1, It takes about 6 seconds to delete history approx. 50000 entry by using "Clear Recent History". So, I think it is reasonable for me. Let's mark status to "RESOLVED WORKSFORME".
