Description:
  When Vivo chat loads, on the title, if the user rotates the device to landscape view, a few different issues are seen. The URL at the top of the screen will appear broken with gaps appearing in the URL. The page will also get cut off at the bottom and not be able to scroll to see the rest of the page which contains a button that needs to be tapped to advance.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20140319000200
2) Install Vivo Chat from Marketplace.
3) Launch Vivo Chat in Portrait view.
4) On the title screen, notice the URL appears complete and the user sees a button at the bottom of the page to continue.
5) Rotate the device to landscape view.

Actual:
 Notice that the URL now appears broken at the top and that the page is half cut off. Also notice that scrolling the page is not allowed so the user cannot see the whole page.

Expected:
 The page should adjust correctly when in landscape view so that the URL appears correct and the user can scroll to see the whole page.

The cut off page portion of the bug occurs on both v1.1 and V1.3. However the gap in the URL only occurs in V1.4. If you want a separate bug for the gap in the URL let me know.
