Wife attempted to print http://www.birthingway.edu/uploads/File/2014SpringRegistrationPacket.pdf in Firefox 27, there was no warning that anything was to go wrong.
Chrome worked fine.

Looks fine when printed from osx and on a windows 7 machine. Could be printer specific.

Brother HL-2270DW is the model if that helps. I haven't seen any other pdfs produce disagreeable output on it in other programs.

Reproduced intermittently on Firefox 30 RC. Seems to be duplicate of bug 956337.
