This turns out to be a little tricky since mapper requires Python-2.7. Relengapi intends to, as well. This means we need to install Python 2.7 and convince mod_wsgi to use it. If that interferes with buildapi (which is using 2.6), then we'll need to hack some more.

OK! mod_wsgi is running against Python-2.7 now in both staging and production. That was a little tricky since Buildapi also runs in mod_wsgi, and is a production-critical service.

OK, deploying this on staging still requires setting up some DBs. Deploying on production will require a new SSL certificate, which I will set up shortly.
