Details 
Open any menu (bookmarks for example) where there are menu items that expand into further menu groups.
The arrows on the right of the menu items that show the items can expand are unusually large and extended beyond their resolution.
My guess is it has to do something with Windows 8.1 DPI scaling since this occurred after changing from Windows 8 by a fresh install (not the update).
