Steps to reproduce:

Browsing this site: http://www.meteorologia.gub.uy/index.php/metagro?secc=balH
Click on one of the images, this brings up a div with a larger version (it's another file) of the image.
Click on the buttons (PE, ETP, D, etc) to switch images a couple times and then click one of the images which you just saw. You'll see the image being reloaded even when it had been loaded shortly before.
This does not happen in Chrome or Internet Explorer 11. I actually work with the person developing the site so if there's something we should do on our end please let us know.


Actual results:

Images get reloaded from the network even when they were loaded shortly before. 


Expected results:

Images should be fetched from the cache, reducing loading times.

I want to know how to resolve this issue this is following my site and images not show when I changed the theme, I check in mobile also and remove all cache and cookies even check in incognito mood plz check my site and tell me whats the main problem thank you for your suggestions
