Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to webmaker.mofostaging.net
2. Scroll to the bottom
Expected results:
Makes templates should be displayed under the Start Making paragraph.
Actual results:
Templates are not displayed.
Note: This is a regression, as they are displayed on production correctly, but in stage, there is an error.

I think the problem here is that we don't have any makes tagged to appear on the front page! I'll fix this problem

In the revamp of webmaker.org, we actually removed this home page. The new one doesn't have makes, so marking this as resolved. Filed https://github.com/mozilla/webmaker-tests/issues/42 to remove the failing test
