On https://mobilepartners.mozilla.org/market/certify-your-ffos-device/ the 3rd step in "Submit for certification" should indicate that the checklist needs to be mailed back also, since it's required along with the test results. Possible string change to: "Email checklist and test suite results to fxos-cert@mozilla.com along with tracking number for the sample device and packaging."
