  0. Turn on keyboard sound
  1. Launch Messages app
  2. Press new message and invoke keyboard on edit panel
  3. Input characters rapidly

[Expected Result]
  The sound and number of characters should be consistent

[Actual Result]
  1. The time of appearance on sound and characters is async
  2. Number of sound and input characters are inconsistent

1. The delay between the touch event and the sound output have some improvement in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=972774 . Does it get worse now? or it is still not acceptable after the improvement?
2. There is one known issue that seems very similar, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=972776. It is POVB.
