985907 - App Manager add-ons are not syncing with Fxa

- with Firefox 29 beta 1, you'll need to use '-no-remote -p' to start Firefox with two separate profiles and login on both profiles with the same Firefox account

STR:

1. On your first profile, we'll call this profile A, install the App Manager add-ons from the "about:app-manager" page (Simulator and ADB Helper add-ons)
2. Click Tools > Sync Now
3. On your second profile, we'll call this profile B, click Tools > Sync Now

ER: the App Manager add-ons installed while browsing on profile A should now be on profile B, visible in the Add-ons Manager

AR: the App Manager add-ons installed while browsing on profile A aren't visible in the Add-ons Manager on profile B

Note:
1. This feature just landed in Firefox 29, so the issue is not a regression

I think this is invalid, as I am fairly certain we only sync AMO listed add-ons (waiting on confirmation of that). The tested add-ons of App Manager are downloaded from ftp.mozilla.org

marking INVALID but will reopen if AMO listed sync turns out to be incorrect.
