See screenshot. E.g, on my Nexus 5, I need to scroll to see the full branding. I suggest just nudging the centre graphics up under the 'Welcome to Sync' (which feels like early interweb) wording to close the gap a bit.

I think this is entirely dependent on screen size — I have to scroll even more on my small Moto.
