Monica pointed out it would be a good idea to get some telemetry on how many people are actually dogfooding the library.
I don't think that this should be a blocking bug, though it seems trivial to do.

Broke the build, backed out. I forgot CertVerifier::libpkix doesn't exist on b2g:
