no icon is displayed on UI, using 8x28
What phone are you using? What does 8x28 mean?

Diego this is the QRD device and we only have 2 in hand. 

Try reproducing with nexus 4, if not, David/Mike Habicher needs to try with the QRD that they got shipped for testing.

lcelebi - please provide screenshots.

Well, so the Camera app doesn't work on madai (preview screen just stays blank) BUT... I do see the front/read toggle icon.

Front and Rear camera icon is being seen per Mike's comment. Once we have the QRD working we can retest it
