Thunderbird 24.3.0, Ubuntu 14.04 beta

1. If Thunderbird is currently offline, go online.
2. "File" > "Offline" > "Download/Sync Now..."
3. Try to resize the dialog.

What happens:
3. The dialog is resizable, though its contents stay the same size.

What should happen: either
1. Thunderbird has no user-togglable online/offline mode, or
2. there is no "Download and Synchronize Messages" dialog, or most likely,
3. the dialog is not resizable.

Are this and bug 986354 themeish?

On Linux all dialogs are resizable -> toolkit issue.

I don't see that the resizable dialog could affect the functionality of the on-/offline function. So only the resizability will be considered in this bug.
