User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140317233501

Steps to reproduce:

I download 2 different files from 2 different sites.
I open the page showing downloads.
One has an ETA of 2 minutes, one has and eta of 8 minutes.

Actual results:

The download icos says "5m", the average of the two numbers.

Expected results:

Hard to say what's the intended meaning of that icon.
I would expect the maximum ETA among all ongoing downloads.
Another possibility would be the minimum ETA, that is the next expected download to complete.
In my opinion the average value has no sense at all.
Severity: normal → minor
I can't reproduce, the maximum ETA is displayed, 31.0a1 (2014-03-20), win 7 x64.
Please provide the download links and explain exactly what was the order of the downloads and if you did any additional steps.

This is a screenshot from a case I reproduced.
I cannto provide you with actual URLs.
One download is quite slower then the other one.
The shown ETA makes no sense, to me at lease.
