User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/33.0.1750.154 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I compose a msg in HTML. I save it (no sending yet) or I place it in the outbox. I move the message from the outbox to the draftbox or I reopen the message in the Draft box. Actual results: Sometimes - maybe 5-10% of all cases - the reopened message loses all HTML properties. Everything is plain monospace Courier. Also, the HTML menu (bold, underline, bullets etc.) is gone. I have not found a way yet to 'refurbish' the message because I cannot make the HTML menu visible again. Expected results: Once a msg is made up in HTML it should never lose this property and the HTML menu should always remain visible. Thank you!
Christoph, your issue looks like a duplicate of bug 1095629. Please look at that bug and confirm if it is your issue. Maybe you were trying to send a file using Windows explorer's Send-To > Email recipient command in those cases where it failed?

There is no indication in the report that the message was created via |Send To > Email recipient|, hence no dupe here.
