Based on usage patterns and common misconceptions over the last week, we'd like
the following name changes for components in the Bugzilla product:

Current name: Installation
    New name: Installation & Upgrading

Current name: Email
    New name: Email Notifications

No changes to the descriptions are necessary.

Matty: do you mean mozilla.org, or Bugzilla itself?  Bugzilla most certainly
does it.  I just reviewed a patch the other day to allow component renames to
let you change the case of the component name (because it would complain the
name was already taken instead of changing it, because it was doing a
case-insensitive database lookup).

Bugzilla.  I figured it probably didn't do renames because of the lack of IDs.

Regarding the patch, it was probably the one that I wrote, but I didn't need to
notice what was being renamed to write it.  =)

bmo does support rename (I guess). It let me do it so we'll see. Fixed.
