When I get a call to my extension I don't hear any far end audio but I can be heard on the far end.

Is this a physical phone in the office or a softphone?

Saw this on a physical phone, but I also have a softphone we can test.

Is this still happening?  We were having general issues of this nature with the phone line in MTV at one point which I seem to recall having been resolved, want to make sure that didn't resolve this as well before I go chasing a wild goose ;-)
