When we moderators are resolving a flag (updating), that same flag seems to appear again when we already resolved it less than a minute ago when go to refresh.
I should also add that sometimes it may disappear after I hit update the second time.. sometimes it doesn't.
I'm assuming this might be hard to debug, but probably a caching issue? Ricky, your call on how to move forward here.
