986847 - Tapping on mode switch and shutter buttons at the same time freezes shutter in active highlight

If I tap the shutter button at the same time as the photo/video switch button, neither button actually works, but the shutter button is highlighted and remains highlighted until the next tap.  After tapping again, the camera returns to normal, so this is just a visual glitch, not a loss of functionality.

This happens in both video mode and still photo mode.

The fix currently attached to bug 985012 does not fix this (and does not cause it either).

This reproduces in master/1.4 and in every gaia application that has buttons using an active state(attached video of the clock app).

Also, there is a JS Bin demo I made and attached to Bug 986752 showing that this is a Gecko issue.
