Steps to reproduce:

Scrollbar appears for a brief moment when subview is opened (when slide animation is being played)

Here is screenshot:

As you can see on 2nd screenshot, scrollbar is shown and then closed again. It look bad, especially when it last such a short time (flickering effect).
