986923 - bookmark folders and rss feeds won't display properly

My ff has problems displaying the bookmark/rss sub-menus since it was updated to 28.0, when rss feed sub menus or bookmark folder menus should pop up all I get is a transparent frame, see the attached screenshot.
This does not happen all the time, it's so rare in case of the bookmark folders that I've been unable to provide a screenshot, but it's so common with my rss feeds that it has become a major nuisance because I need to highlight the feed multiple times until the menu finally shows.
The menu does work even when it is invisible, clicking on it takes me to whatever page I managed to hit.

This seemed to be fixed in latest Nightly31.0a1(2014-03-26).

Could you test with Latest Nightly31.0a1 build( http://nightly.mozilla.org/ )?
