Reproducible 100%

STR:
1) Tap messages aplication
2) Tap "new message" button
3) Write in "to" own phone number and write a body in message
4) Tap "Send"

Actual result:
"Service currently unavailable. Message will automatically be sent once service is available" screen.

Expected result:
Message is sent and it is received in device (Behavior tested in personal Android device). Please I need info UX for confirm this expected result.

To the best of my knowledge the user should be able to send a message to the SIM card that is inserted in the phone from the phone itself. Why anyone would want to do that I dont know, but they should be able to as I have certainly never specified that they should not. As a matter of fact i know from my own testing over the course of this project that it was possible to send a message to a SIM card that is inserted into the phone from the phone itself. in view of this i believe this to be a regression therefore am requesting regression window.

Acually I do this a lot for testing and it works fine.

Loli, may I know:
* the device you use
* if you're sure that the network was up when you tried to send
* if sending to other numbers works

Ok, I have tested with Hamachi and now it is working, my problem had been network, for this reason I change status in bug to RESOLVED WORKFORME.
