Steps to reproduce:

Trying to deselect unnecessary tabs in "Restore session" dialog using keyboard only. (Firefox in Windows7)



Actual results:

Selection moves only between first two rows in each group (Window N row, and first tab row).
Although space button works fine and toggles check-box.



Expected results:

Up and Down should move cursor (selection),  Left and Right should toggle group.

Reproduced with Firefox 28 RC (Build ID: 20140314220517) and Firefox 29 beta 3 (Build ID: 20140327113732) on Windows 7 x64, Ubuntu 13.10 x64 and Mac OS X 10.6:

Couldn't reproduce with latest Nightly nor Aurora builds.

This is a duplicate of bug 950373. Will not be fixed until Firefox 30 unfortunately.
