Sid tells me somewhere in the profile or SQLLite we can set a permission to not prompt the user for fullscreen. He's willing to work with one of us to help automate the office TV's to hide the chrome.

This is one of a few things that can't necessarily be set by Corsica the software, but instead has to be set on the boxes.

The following file in the corsica puppet repo has all the necessary config settings. https://github.com/mozilla/ambient-boxen/blob/master/modules/ambient_mozilla/files/FirefoxPrefs.js
Problematically, even after setting these bits the window needs focus for a fullscreen event work.
