STR
Use a SIM Card with PIN 
1. Turn on the device for the first time 
2. Introduce an incorrect PIN code

EXPECTED
The tries left when introducing a PIN code incorrectly are shown fine

ACTUAL
The number of tries left is not shown, instead a wrong string appears. 
Please see screenshot attached. 
Sorry it is in Spanish but in English the problem does not occur

We changed the strings a while back at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=979908 and the changeset is: https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/gaia-l10n/v1_3/es/rev/99e72b3420bf

I can't see anything strange there (just string changes), but I could be wrong.

Isabel - Are you sure this is a vendor bug? This looks like something I would expect to reproduce on Buri as well.

Not sure, because it is not 100% reproducible, I tried with buri 1.3 build and did not see it.
I though it was vendor build as it was requested a change on that screen bug 979908. 
But it would be great if qa can check it and be sure it does not happen on buri.

I am unable to reproduce this issue on the Buri using the 03/23/14 1.3 build, or the 03/24/14 1.4 & Master (1.5) builds.
