98742 - Build 2001090703 Program not opening up properly

Build 2001090703 - in the preference menu, appearance, when the Navigator &
Mozilla Mail boxes are checked, the program opens up only to Mozilla Mail,
Navigator does not start. Mozilla Mail opens up as a small box on the upper
right of the screen and when it is maximized, the mail screen shows; Navigator
does not load. If only Navigator is checked, Navigator opens up and gives an AIM
error.

i wonder if you're running turbo [aka, quickstart] --if so, then this is a dup
of 99199. check the Advanced pref panel and see if quickstart is selected...

if you think this particular bug is *not* a duplicate, please provide a
compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
platform[s]), before reopening.
