Check out www.webmethods.com. The 2nd screen component under the "webMethods The Business Integration Company" is supposed to be a JavaScript bar where a mouseover on each item brings up a small menu. The menu isn't on top and the colors are wrong. Navigator and IE get the menu/colors right. I'm going to attach screenshots.
Ok, screenshots attached. I'm not ruling out that this just isn't standards conformance.
