987452 - Change "Starter Makes" page title to "Starter Resources"

On the Webmaker site, we'd like title of the page "Starter Makes" to be changed to "Starter Resources" or "Resources". 

This reflects our updated terminology (go here for details https://wiki.mozilla.org/Webmaker/Teach/Terminology ) and will be less confusing than using a few different names for the same thing. 

Happy to discuss details of this as needed - thanks in advance!

I just changed the title of the page to "Resources".

Kat do we want to also change the url of this page or just keep the it same?

Hi Ali, 

Thanks, that's great. Can we do a redirect from webmaker.org/starter-makes to webmaker.org/resources so people with old URL don't get lost? If so, I say go ahead and change.

Can we also change text at top please?

I have updated the patch to change everything that is used the word "Starter Makes" to "resources" not sure if that is what we want and also setup route for webmaker.org/resources and redirect anything that comes for webmaker.org/starter-makes to that route as well.

I also changed the text at top as requested.
