A lot of changes are going on in the devtools potentially impacting FxOS security. (non-exhaustive list: bug 977443 Implement an actor that defines new actors bug 982484 Manage device prefs bug 962308 Remote debugging over Wi-Fi) This an overall security review to catch up with the current state of the code.
