987562 - change several bugs at once changes 5 bugs then hangs

User Agent: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1) Presto/2.12.388 Version/12.16

Steps to reproduce:

Same bug as 253411 (which is marked as resolved). 

When I try to change one or more elements of several bugs at once (status for example), if the number of bugs is more than 5 bugs, the system proceeds normally until the 5th bug and then nothing else appears. The system trudges along for a 
while and then finishes. But only the first 5 bugs have been changed. If I 
change less than 5 bugs, I get the expected/normal results. 

I noticed that doesn't appear when I change the mail_delivery_method from SMTP to NONE. 
My bugzilla works on a x86 WinXP server. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select change several bugs at once
2. check all
3. change the status
4. click commit




Actual results:

Around 5 bugs are changed then the rest are not changed but the system looks like it keeps working on something.


Expected results:

All bugs changed

This means that your SMTP server is too slow, and your web server then probably times out. This is not an issue with Bugzilla itself.
