987607 - [Camera][Madai] Gallery/Preview the UI takes too long to appear

When navigating through the images we hide the buttons (camera, share, gallery and delete). You have to tap in the image to make them visible again. It takes too long for the buttons to be rendered after tapping (see attached video)

The original patch changed only preview-gallery.js view.

The transition only makes the menu slower to appear and doesn't provide any value for the user. Why making the user wait if you can provide something now?

Amy want to appear and disappear the menu with transition effect.

Bulk edit for camera bugs.

If earlier comments do not show how this bug landed to master, it probably landed as part of https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/17599 which merged the camera-new-features branch into master.

This bug was uplifted from master to v1.4 as part of https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/a8190d08e61316a86bba572ba8d894d081a20530

The issue is no longer reproduces on the latest 1.4 and master builds
Option bar appears immediately when tap on it
