98782 - delete item does not update view in 'old skool' sort/view (group by site not by day)

***Overview Description: 
  It appears as if deleting an item does not work in the Global history window.
What is actually happening is that the view is not updated until you force it,
by resorting or some similar action.

This bug only manifests when one is NOT using the sort by day feature.

***Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Tasks-->Tools-->History 
2) Sort history old skool. View-->Group By-->Site|None
3) Select delete on any individual item by any means.

***Actual Results: 

Apparently nothing

***Expected Results: 

The item should disappear like poof!


If you reapply any sort the item will then show as deleted.

try again. I'm using Win98, MacOS 8.5.1, and RH6.1 with 200109070x-0.9.4
(branch) builds although that shouldn't matter at all in this case. Be very sure
to Group By 'site' or 'none' NOT  day.(you gotta sort it old skool yo, word)

AND just to be sure I've now quadruple-checked (again) with a 20010907 Win98
trunk build.

Now I'll actually read the bug!  You are correct, it doesn't work when grouping
by *site*. I'm removing that item for now anyways since it doesn't do anything.

mass-verifying claudius' Fixed bugs which haven't changed since 2001.12.31.

if you think this particular bug is not fixed, please make sure of the following
before reopening:

a. retest with a *recent* trunk build.
b. query bugzilla to see if there's an existing, open bug (new, reopened,
assigned) that covers your issue.
c. if this does need to be reopened, make sure there are specific steps to
reproduce (unless already provided and up-to-date).
