For Webpay's universal provider API that connects to Solitude we need a Boku implementation for products

We're not sure if Boku has products or not yet. At the very least, the Boku products abstraction needs to be a no-op so that it fits into the generic provider flow.

I think we've got all this working, well we got payments sort of working and kumar landed a lot of stuff around this. Please re-open if I'm mistaken.
