I've seen a bunch of these lately. In a recent example, a machine's first out of space job was a gaia-integration test (http://buildbot-master51.srv.releng.use1.mozilla.com:8201/builders/b2g_ubuntu64_vm%20mozilla-aurora%20opt%20test%20gaia-integration/builds/6).

When I looked at the machine, about 5G of space was being used in /builds/hg-shared. I'm guessing that's probably what's causing it.
