The date and time are both incorrect in the FTE. When selecting Change, the correct date and time are selected.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140325040052
2) Launch the FTE
3) Proceed to Date & Time page
Actual:
The date and time are incorrect

The date and time are correct

The Date and Time in the screenshot is the default Date and Time. When tapping change next to the date, today's date is correctly displayed instead of the incorrect default date.
