Homescreen's PPID is never the b2g process on Tarako. It should be Nuwa. From your log the homescreen is obviously reparented to the init daemon. The only reason for it is the Nuwa process that forked it is dead, probably killed by the lowmemory killer. Please check your dmesg log to see if Nuwa was ever killed.

You may test it by killing the Nuwa process, then you will see homescreen reparented to init. This should not affect the correctness of homescreen except that memory usage will be higher.
